150 new jobs are coming to Cork. Customer experience company ResultsCX has announced it's hiring sales staff to work remotely and at its base in the city.

The company employs around 23,000 people globally and handles around 150 million calls a year.

ResultsCX says they hope to have 500 staff in Ireland by next year. ResultsCX, a prominent provider of transformative Customer Experience Management (CXM) services to global Fortune 100 and 500 brands, marks its successful first year in Ireland with significant achievements.

Following the acquisition of a local Irish CXM company in August 2023, ResultsCX has doubled its workforce and fulfilled its commitment to creating approximately 150 new sales roles in Ireland’s Fintech sector. Now, with a robust growth trajectory and promising opportunities, the CXM leader aims to onboard over 500 new team members by early next year.

The recent acquisition of Huntswood, a leader in the UK in complaint management, remediation, and fraud resolution, has further strengthened ResultsCX's global operations, establishing it as an invaluable CXM partner for Irish businesses.

Rajesh Subramaniam, CEO and Managing Director of ResultsCX, emphasised, “EMEA is strategically important to ResultsCX. Having created over 3,000 jobs across the UK and Ireland, we are committed to driving rapid growth for leading multinational companies in Europe. We are creating a centre of excellence for our Fintech services where we foster innovation and growth of our clients. By leveraging our expertise across financial services, insurance, energy, and utilities in the EMEA region, we are dedicated to enhancing customer experiences.”

In anticipation of its first anniversary in Ireland, ResultsCX welcomed Ireland’s EU Commissioner-Designate Michael McGrath TD at its Cork City offices. During his visit, he met with company management and engaged with the latest cohort of recruits during their training.

Michael McGrath commented, “I’d like to congratulate the team at ResultsCX on an exceptionally successful first year of operations in Ireland, marked by substantial growth and more jobs opportunities in the pipeline. It’s exciting to witness a global leader like ResultsCX recognise Ireland's potential, not only for its highly qualified workforce but also for the abundant growth opportunities available. The company is already making a very important economic contribution to this region, in turn helping strengthen our local communities.”

Committed to a people-first approach, ResultsCX fosters a supportive and dynamic culture that promotes growth and opportunities for all employees. The company is Great Place To Work (GPTW) certified across five countries, underscoring its dedication to global employee well-being and satisfaction.

Siddharth Parashar, Managing Director, UK & Europe at ResultsCX, remarked, "Approaching our first anniversary in Ireland, we are impressed by the skill and dedication of the local workforce. We extend our gratitude to the Irish government and people for their warm welcome. Building on our success in creating approximately 150 digital sales roles, we now focus on expanding further by introducing multilingual positions in Spanish, German, and French. This diversity further enhances our ability to attract top talent and deliver exceptional customer service across industries."
