Kevin Spacey has sold his million dollar Baltimore home for a hugely discounted price, in order to avoid bankruptcy.

The actor whose home is worth $5.6 million, revealed in a previous interview with Piers Morgan that he was broke, and would have to sell his home to fund his legal fees, having admitted that he had still owed thousands of dollars at the time.

The home which is 9,000 square foot, is a two unit waterfront condo which was last sold for more than $5.6 million in 2017 to Clear Toaster LLC, a company which is registered by entertainment agent David Bolno.

It has been confirmed that the actor has sold his home to an anonymous businessman for $3.24 million.

“It is an iconic property in Baltimore", said Compass Realtor Sam Sheibani said of the property. “We were very interested in getting it, obviously not under the circumstances that it’s being sold, from whom it’s being sold".

Kevin Spacey has not worked since facing allegations of sexual misconduct from several men in 2017. Having been found not guilty on all charges last year, a US court also dismissed a sexual assault lawsuit against him in 2022.

Recently, several household names including Liam Neeson, Sharon Stone, Stephen Fry and F Murray Abraham have voiced their support for Spacey, calling for his return to Hollywood.
