Jonas Brother, Joe Jonas, has announced his upcoming solo album ‘Music For People Who Believe in Love’.

The 34-year-old shared the news to his social media, revealing the album will be released on the 18th of October.

The second oldest Jonas brother said that the new LP will be “a celebration of gratitude, hope, and love”.

“These songs reflect on my life from a bird’s-eye view acknowledging the many blessings around me.”

“This album speaks to the experiences of being a father, being a friend to oneself and others, and the happiness I’ve found in doing what I love for a living,” the star added. “I feel incredibly fortunate to travel the world and connect with people through my music, as well as having had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented musicians, songwriters, and producers on this project.”

The singer recalled a time he was working with a director who had a hand-written note above his camera saying “what do you want them to feel?”

“This question still resonates with me every time I step on stage or create music,” Jonas writes.

Joe Jonas made up one-third of the Jonas Brothers band alongside his siblings Nick and Kevin. The trio got their start back in 2005 before taking a long hiatus in 2011 to focus on their solo projects.

Joe Jonas then released his first solo album ‘Fastlife’ which debuted at the number 15 spot on the Billboard 200.

Jonas went on to form the band DNCE in 2015 who’s song ‘Cake by the Ocean’ debuted at number on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Jonas Brothers would eventually reunite in 2019 and release their number one single ‘Sucker’.

‘Music For People Who Believe In Love’ will be Jonas’ first solo musical release since the split from his ex-wife and Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner.

The two described the break-up as a “united decision” in the announcement to Instagram on the 6th of September 2023. The two came to an amicable decision in their custody battle where their children will be co-parented and live both in the UK and US.

Turner has since called the split "one of the worst days of my life" and described the immense pain she felt during the process.
