Taylor Swift enjoyed a quick trip to Mayo's Achill Island following her sold-out Irish concerts in June.

The Connemara Telegraph reported that the ‘Shake it Off’ singer enjoyed a “low-key” trip to the iconic island last month also stopping at Slievemore, Dugort, Dooagh and Keem Bay.

The singer has shared her love for the film ‘The Banshees of Inisherin’ and has been dying to see its filming location for a long time.

The star made sure to visit Cloughmore, where the film's fictional pub JJ Devine's was built.

In an interview with Variety the pop icon told writer and director Martin McDonagh that the pub from the Oscar-winning movie “just blew my mind that that was something you built. It looked like it had been there forever,”

Speaking to the Irish Independent, Catherine Kilbane of Achill Tourism confirmed the news of singer's visit.

"We were absolutely delighted that she made time to see our beautiful island,"

"We had extended an invitation to her via Instagram messages following her interview with Martin McDonagh before the Oscars for ‘The Banshees of Inisherin’ and we also mentioned it on Morning Ireland,” Kilbane said. "It was a very low-key visit, and we were absolutely delighted that she made time to see our beautiful island,"

Swift performed three sold-out shows at Dublin's Aviva Stadium in late June, to a total crowd of over 150,000 Irish fans.

Her boyfriend Travis Kelce, spoke about their experience in Dublin on his podcast, recounting the night they spent in a pub, drinking Guinness and playing snooker. He laughed about how much he struggled with the Irish accent, calling it “the thickest f***ing accents I have ever heard in my life”.
