A number of Ireland's biggest retail outlets are to cease selling alcohol products linked to Conor McGregor.

The move comes after he lost a lawsuit taken by Nikita Hand.

Tesco is the latest retail giant to confirm that they will no longer be selling one of the products linked to Conor McGregor – they’ve pulled Proper No. Twelve whiskey fom their shelves and it also won’t be available online.

Tesco have 152 stores in Ireland.

Meanwhile Musgraves, which has over 1,250 shops across the country – including Supervalu chains, as well as Centra and Mace stores has confirmed that Proper No.12 whiskey and Forged Irish Stout will no longer be available in their store network.

Carry Out Off Licences have also confirmed that they will no longer be selling the Conor McGregor-linked alcohol brands.
