The Welsh actor and comedian is to star as the lovable Grandad in the play, which is based on John Sullivan’s iconic TV show about wheeler-dealer Derek Del Boy Trotter.
The musical which will come to the Dublin venue in July 2025, is to include material from the much loved series, as well as script and original score written by John’s son Jim Sullivan.
Legendary pop-rock pair Chas and Dave will also contribute to the musical, which will take place for a limited run next July. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
