Gardaí are to carry out a forensic examination on a bus which caught fire on the M1 in Dublin overnight.
The bus was carrying fans from a League of Ireland match in Derry.
The incident happened at around 10 to 2 this morning between junctions 5 and 4 on the M1 southbound.
Three fire engines from Balbriggan, Swords and Finglas were sent to deal with the blaze, and a foam tender from Dublin Fire Brigade's headquarters was dispatched to assist.
The coach was evacuated safely, with no reports of injuries' among passengers.
It's understood the bus was hired to bring Shelbourne fans home from their League of Ireland win against Derry.
Another fan bus travelling behind managed to pick the remaining passengers home and bring them the rest of the way to Dublin.
Gardaí say the bus has been recovered for a technical examination.
