The singer passed away last month aged 56, with police finding her unresponsive at her London home. Her remains were released to her family yesterday.

Following this, O'Connor's Best Of album has made a remarkable return to the Irish Charts, climbing 71 places to make the Top 5 in the new album countdown.

Elsewhere, O'Connor's debut album, 'The Lion And The Cobra' has also returned to the album chart, at number 23. Her breakthrough album 'I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got' has also re-entered the chart, at number 28.

That album includes the hit that propelled O'Connor to the world music stage, 'Nothing Compares 2 U', which also returned to the singles chart.
