On Day 11 of the 40 Day Health Challenge here on Ireland's Classic Hits Radio, we met another one of our challengers, Sheena Crean.
Over the last few years, Sheena has had a tough time of it, losing her father, aunt and sister. She has also moved house a number of times due to stress levels. To top it off, Sheena was also made redundant.
Taking part in this challenge, Sheena is keen to change her lifestyle for the better.
