On Day 8 of the 40 Day Challenge, we meet a challenger who is very well known to us here Ireland's Classic Hits Radio.
Garry Corbally, the truck driver, whose voice notes on Trina's shows may be familiar to you, is keen to take part in this challenge, as life as a trucker, can get you into some bad eating habits, including regular pit stops to service stations, for chocolate and crisps.
However, Garry is keen to make a change to his lifestyle, getting fit and spending more quality time with his wife Michelle.
