On Day 9 on the 40 Health Day Challenge here on Ireland's Classic Hits Radio, we met 53 year old Martina Condell from Limerick.
Working as an SNA in a primary school, Martina has her afternoons free, but feels she does not quite make the most of that time to exercise, despite being a member of a cycling club.
