Ariana Grande has announced plans to release new music later this month.
The singer and actress, who has been busy with her on screen role in 'Wicked' of late, is to return to music, with the release of her 'Eternal Sunshine' deluxe album arriving on March 28.
Grande confirmed these plans via Instagram, where she revealed that this deluxe album would also include six new songs.
Following her recent stint in 'Wicked', Ariana Grande has also stated that she is keen to switch her focus to her on screen work for the foreseeable future.
"It is in my heart", Grande said. "I’m gonna say something so scary — it’s gonna scare the absolute s*** out of my fans and everyone, but I love them, and they’ll deal, and we’ll be here forever".
"I’m always going to make music, I’m always going to go on stage, I’m always going to do pop stuff, I pinky promise", she added. "But I don’t think doing it at the rate I’ve been doing it for the past 10 years is where I see the next 10 years".
Elsewhere, rumours that the singer was about to announce a tour were also quashed, amid reports that 15 shows were set to announced in her name.
"There are no plans for a tour next year, but Ariana remains deeply appreciative of her fans and all the continued love, support and excitement", Republic Records said in reply to a post on X.
