Last Friday, Ed Sheeran turned up at London's King Cross station to deliver a surprise live performance.
The singer surprised passers by with a six track acoustic set, including his latest single, 'Azizam', as well as hits 'Shivers' 'Shape Of You', 'Castle On The Hill', 'Bad Habits', and 'Perfect'. You can check out footage of this below.
Sheeran's performance has been praised for capturing "the spirit" of his new album 'Play' which has been described as being “all about fun, connection and bringing people together”.
The performance has also been described in the following way: “After a whirlwind of stadium shows around the world, where personal fan interactions can be rare, this event gave Ed a chance to connect on a more intimate level with his supporters".
“It’s a connection he plans to continue throughout the ‘Play’ campaign".

Sheeran's live set also prompted fans to comment on social media, as well as share footage.
“Just a casual morning on a bus with @edsheeran followed by a free gig. WILD", one fan wrote. While another added: “Walk out of King’s Cross and get a 40min gig of Ed Sheeran. World works in mysterious ways".
Another fan wrote: “Friday lunchtime and Ed Sheeran is playing outside King’s Cross!”.
This latest showing proved to be more of a hit than Sheeran's escapade in India back in February, which saw the 'Give Me Love' singer's busking set cut short by police in Bengaluru, who unplugged his mic.
Sheeran, who was performing in the city as part of his tour, had insisted that he had been granted permission to perform at the spot beforehand.
"We had permission to busk, btw (by the way). Hence, us playing in that exact spot was planned out before. It wasn't just us randomly turning up. All good though. See you at the show tonight", Sheeran wrote afterwards. More on this story here.
