Kylie Minogue has promised that her upcoming 'Tension Tour' will be "all killer and no filler".

While stating that she will perform tracks from her back catalogue, Minogue has also assured fans that she will play "heaps of new" material when she kicks off her tour next year, which will begin in the singer's native Australia on 15 February.

"I’ve done a number of festivals and one-off shows this past year and I feel you are lucky when you boil down a stock and get the goodness", Minogue said. "And I feel it’s all killer no filler".

She added: "There are 37 years of songs to play with and heaps of new stuff".

"see how it moves me"

Elsewhere, Kylie Minogue has said that she has yet to confirm her exact set list for these shows, as she prefers to wait for the rehearsal process to see "how it moves" her "musically".

"I am in a state right now but I know the set list won’t be there until we get well into rehearsals and see how it moves me musically", she said. "It’s gonna be a good time".

After paying a visit to her native Australia, Minogue will then head over to Bangkok and Tokyo as part of the Asian leg of her tour.

Next May, Minogue will take in shows in the UK, including Galsgow's OVO Hydro arena, as well as shows in Manchester, Liverpool, London, Sheffield, Nottingham and Birmingham.

Earlier this week, a lost collaboration between Kylie Minogue and Prince called 'Baby Doll' was leaked online, 32 years after it was originally created. More on this here.
