Maroon 5 look set to release a new album this Summer, with a new single set to arrive very soon.
This was revealed by their frontman, Adam Levine, who appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he addressed speculation regarding the potential return of Maroon 5. The band have not released an album since 2021's 'Jordi', which featured Stevie Nicks, Megan Thee Stallion and H.E.R. The album peaked at No 19 in the UK.
“I am gonna confirm the rumours are true", Levine said on the rumours linking Maroon 5 with a return. “The rumours are correct".
When pressed for details by Fallon, Adam Levine replied: “There are details,” but "I cannot divulge all the details".
He continued: “But the details are basically – roughly – there’s a single coming at the end of the month-ish. I’m really excited about it. An album is coming over the summer, non-specifically around the summertime".
“And then, even more non-specifically, there is a tour coming in the fall-ish".
Last month, Maroon 5 did play a residency at Las Vegas' Dolby Live at Park MGM, as well as perform shows in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Adam Levine himself had previously his solo single, 'Middle Ground' in 2023.
Back in September 2022, Adam Levine had denied rumours alleging that he had an affair with model and influencer, Pristine Stroh. The singer is married to wife Behati Prinsloo since 2014. More on this here.
