Taylor Swift has been named Spotify's most-streamed artist for 2024.
The singer was named the most-played artist on the platform for the second year running, with more than 26.6 billion streams. She is followed by The Weekend, Bad Bunny, Drake and Billy Eilish, in that exact order.
In the US, Swift is followed by Drake, Zach Bryan, Morgan Wallen, and Kanye West, again in that order.
Last year saw Taylor Swift come out on top against Bad Bunny to win the award, with the latter having been Spotify's most-streamed artist for the previous three years, including 2020.
Swift's album, The Tortured Poets Department, was also named the most streamed album for this year. She is followed by Billie Eilish's Hit Me Hard And Soft, Sabrina Carpenter's Short 'n' Sweet, Karol G's Manana Sera Bonitio, and Ariana Grande's Eternal Sunshine.
In the US, Swift's album is followed by Morgan Wallen's One Thing At A Time, followed by Carpenter's Short 'n' Sweet, Noah Kahan's Stick Season, and Chappell Roan's The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess.
Back in October, Taylor Swift donated $5 million to the US Hurricane Relief Efforts. More on this Ireland's Classic Hits Radio here.
