The death toll in what the FBI is investigating as an act of terrorism in New Orleans has risen to 15.
The suspect, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old Texas resident, drove a pickup truck into a crowd on New Year's Eve before being killed by police after opening fire.
Authorities found an ISIS flag in the truck and are investigating whether Jabbar had accomplices, as explosive devices were discovered.
Police in Houston, Texas have been carrying out searches at a location in the city. No arrests have been made yet.
President Joe Biden confirmed the attack was inspired by ISIS, citing a video posted by the suspect expressing intent to kill.
