Poll Shows Wicklow's Andrew Doyle In The Running To Take A Seat Un European Elections

Sean Kelly is on 18% in the South constituency with Sinn Fein’s Liadh Ní Riada on 14% and Fianna Fail’s Billy Kelleher on 13%. Fine Gael’s Deirdre Clune and Fianna Fail’s Malcolm Byrne are on 10% while Wicklow T.D. and junior Minister Andrew Doyle is on 9%, guaranteeing a close battle to take the fifth seat in the South.

In Dublin, Frances Fitzgerald is expected to top the poll with 22%, ahead of Fianna fail’s Barry Andrews on 18% and Sinn Fein’s Lynn Boylan is 13%,  ahead of Clare Daly.

Mairead McGuinness leads with 26% in Midlands North West.

The Irish Times/ Ipsos MRBI poll of 1,500 voters was conducted on Wednesday.
