Trick or treaters have been handed a boost today, with Met Éireann forecasting a cloudy, but dry day with the possibility of some sunny outbreaks.
The national forecaster has stated that there will be some spots of light rain and drizzle in the north and west. Highest temperatures are to remain between 13 and 15 degrees.
As for tonight, it is to be cloudy and mainly dry, along with a few patches of light rain and drizzle.
For those of us knocking door to door, make sure to wrap up well, as temperatures are to remain between 7 and 11 degrees for the night.
Tomorrow is to once again remain dry, and mostly cloudy with some bright spells. Temperatures are to remain between 12 and 14 degrees, with patchy light rain or drizzle forecasted.
Met Éireann have added that some mist and fog patches may develop, with lowest temperatures to remain between 6 and 10 degrees overnight.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday is to remain dry and mostly cloudy, with some patches of drizzle, but a few sunny breaks are also promised. Temperatures are to range between 13 and 15 degrees, before dropping to between 7 and 11 degrees at night.
As for Sunday, it will remain dry and mostly cloudy, with a few spots of drizzle. Some outbreaks of sun may develop as well. Highest temperatures are to remain between 12 and 15 degrees.
Monday is to also remain dry, and mostly cloudy. Highest temperatures are to once again range between 12 and 15 degrees.
As for the early parts of next week, Met Éireann said: "At the moment it looks like Tuesday will start off dry, but that outbreaks of rain will move in from the southwest later in the day".
