While narrating the documentary, Celine Dion tells us how grateful she is for her career, before being disrupted by a recording of a 911 call.
I Am: Celine Dion will also include a intimate look at the singer while she records a video statement, where she reveals that she has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder called stiff person syndrome. This video was released in December 2022.
In her statement, an emotional Dion says: “These spasms affect every aspect of my life, sometimes causing difficulties when I walk and not allowing me to use my vocal cords to sing the way I’m used to".
“I miss it so much. The people, I miss them. If I can’t run, I’ll walk. If I can’t walk, I’ll crawl", Dion can be heard saying at the end of the trailer, which was shared by Prime Video. You can check out below.
The documentary will be aired on Prime Video on June 25.
