The If I Could Turn Back Time singer who is dating 38 year old music executive Alexander 'AE' Edwards, spoke about dating younger men on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
Cher and Alexander went public with their relationship in November 2022, having met during the Paris Fashion Week two months earlier.
"The reason I got with younger men is because, men my age are older...now they're all dead", Cher said. "But before, they were all just terrified to approach me, and younger men were the only ones".
Cher also added that younger men are "bold", which prompted her to add that they were "raised by women like me".
Elsewhere, the singer even revealed that she once turned down Elvis Presley.
"I was nervous and I knew of the people around him," she stated. "And it wasn't that they were bad people, it's just that I was kind of nervous of his reputation".
She also added, "I mean, I'm really shy when I'm not working and kind of shy around men".
