As part of 'The 40 Day Health Challenge' here on Ireland's Classic Hits Radio, we meet another one of our challengers, its Grainne Walsh from Limerick.
Grainne has struggled with weight, having ranged from size 14 to 24, and has avoid the scales for a long time.
Like so many Irish mothers, Grainne has been very busy put other people before herself, including caring for three children, which means she has not had much time to focus on herself.
Despite this, Grainne has lost some of the weight gained, and is keen to continue on this health challenge.
