Following the verdict, footage emerged of the rapper whose real name is Dylan Mills knocking the camera out of a photographer's hands while leaving the court. He then threw the phone across the street.
Dizzie Rascal was found guilty for assault, following an incident which took place in Streatham on 8 June 2021. The 37 year old rapper was arrested on the same day and was charged with assault on 2 August. Mills had always denied all charges.
The Met Police also said that the incident “officers attended and a woman reported minor injuries. She did not require hospital treatment".
The court was also told that this arguement was in “the context of a domestic dispute”. The pair had been allegedly argued as Mills had dropped his daughter at the property.
Mills was “became very angry and started acting erratically, banging his head three times on the fridge with his son in his arms", according to prosecutor Helena Duong.
Cassandra Jones had also claimed the Jones was "out of control", adding that he "nearly dropped" their son. She also claimed that he “put his forehead on my forehead and he pushed me around the room”. She insisted that it was not a "headbutt".
Mills had always denied these charges.
