Ed Sheeran Hitting Croke Park This Weekend

We at Classic Hits thought it would be a good idea to give those attending these shows at Croker some advice.

  • Make sure to bring a fully charged smartphone
  • Make sure to download your tickets from your Ticketmaster account to your phone on the day of the show
  • Check your digital tickets to ensure you are attending the correct venue on the correct date
  • Do not bring a bag unless it is totally necessary as no bag larger than A4 size will be allowed into the venues
  • This is an outdoor event, dress appropriately 
  • Please pay particular attention to the ticket information you received which includes details on ticket download & transfer. Detailed instructions have been emailed to you Alternatively please check via your Ticketmaster account.
  • Fans are strongly encouraged to use public transport. Croke Park is well served by Bus, Rail, DART (Dublin) and LUAS (Dublin) transport options can all bring you within walking distance of the venue. Plan your journey online from anywhere in Ireland to the venue via www.transportforireland.ie
  •  A traffic management plan will be in operation by An Garda Siochana. For full details please visit www.garda.ie.

These shows at Croke Park will take place on April 23 and 24. Gates will open at 4pm with the show starting at 6pm. Ed Sheeran is expected on stage at 8pm, with Maisie Peters and Denise Chalia performing as special guests for all Irish dates.

Ed Sheeran began this tour of Ireland with a few warm up shows at Vicar Street and Whelan's Bar in Dublin.
