In a video shared to the ‘Shape of You’ singers Instagram, Sheeran sits cross-legged on the ground, Nintendo switch in-hand, in an empty Darius and GirÄ—nas Stadium in Lithuania.
“If I wasn't a musician I'd be a virgin” he jokes to the camera.
The 33-year-old singer hooked the switch up to the stadium's jumbotron for the ultimate view of his Pokémon Stadium game.

The iconic Japanese franchise released its first game to the Nintendo Game Boy in 1996 when the English-born musician was just 5 years old.
Sheeran has not kept his love of the gaming franchise a secret as in 2022 his track ‘Celestial’ featured on the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games.
The ‘Perfect’ singer told Rolling Stone that he has played the game since he was in primary school.
“Me and my brother used to have different versions of the games and would trade Pokémon together ‘til we each completed our Pokédex,” Sheeran said. “I loved the cards, but the games are what I lost myself in. I loved the whole world they created; it kept me distracted if there was negative stuff happening in my life/school that I wanted to avoid. It was a world I could escape into, and I’ve played it ever since.”
Sheeran's fans flooded the comments with jokes with one user saying that the star “went from Ivysaur to live on tour”.
Other commenters noted that Harry Styles said a similar thing during a 2020 interview for his album ‘Fine Line’.
"But who do you actually believe, let's be honest," Sheeran commented in response.
Ed Sheeran is currently on his Mathematics tour across Europe and admitted to selling over 600,000 tickets for the shows in under 60 minutes.
