Barry Keoghan and Sabrina Carpenter have split up, leaving fans devastated.
This comes amid reports the Please Please Please singer had broken up with her Irish actor boyfriend, according the various media outlets, which has left fans heartbroken.
According to an inside source for People magazine, "They are both young and career-focused, so they've decided to take a break".
While neither party has publicly acknowledged this news, a myriad of crestfallen fans have expressed their sadness on social media.
"Bummer. Oh no. Sad to hear", one fan wrote.
Another added: "Omg I'm heartbroken,", accompanied by a string of emojis including the characters for "broken heart" and "sobbing".
Another fan also left this comment on Reddit: "There is no God".
