A trailer for the fifth and final season of Netflix's 'You', has been released.
The thriller series, which is based on the obsessive escapades of bookstore owner turned serial killer, Joe Goldberg, will see Joe return to New York City, where series one of the thriller began in a full circle moment for the character.
Season five of 'You' will once again see Penn Badgley star as the sinister character of Joe Goldberg, with Charlotte Ritchie returning to play Kate Lockwood-Goldberg, Joe's second wife, with Anna Camp portraying twins Raegan and Maddie Lockwood, Joe's sisters in law.
Teddy Lockwood, brother of Kate, Raegan and Maddie will be played by Griffin Matthews, while Madeline Brewer will portray Bronte, the latest object of Joe's eerie obsession.
Speaking previously to PEOPLE, Penn Badgley, had said that the final season will hopefully build "towards a greater resolution".
"That's what I want for Joe..," he explained. "Because now, the circumstances are actually different. He has a level of power and wealth that he's never had".
He added: "With Love [Quinn], played by Victoria Pedretti, he technically had wealth and he was adjacent to some power, but he hated it and he didn't take it for his own. Whereas now, he seems to be embracing it and taking it for his own. And to be honest, that's sort of terrifying prospect-' how ominous!".
The trailer which you can check out below, promises a "killer finale".
"Hello, you. Do you remember me? 'Cause I remember you. Here we are back together again, back to where it all began", Joe's raspy voice can be heard saying.
He continues: "A lot has happened these many years together. Identities, cities, loves. Complications. But all that led me here to now, to where I was always meant to be".
"And the one constant, the one thing that has always been there for me, is you. You, who have been there the whole time, and will be there with me to the end. Goodbye, you", he adds.
The fifth and final season of 'You' is expected to drop on April 24.
