The funeral of the late One Direction singer Liam Payne is to take place today.
Former One Direction star Liam Payne tragically lost his life after falling from a third floor balcony of a hotel in Argentina's capital, Buenos Aires. He was 31 years old.
A post mortem examination had said that Payne had died of multiple traumas and "internal and external haemorrhage". Following an investigation from prosecutors, three people were charged in connection with Payne's death.
The funeral is to take place in England's Home Counties, with Payne's former One Direction bandmates and girlfriend Kate Cassidy expected to attend, according to reports.
Liam Payne found fame as part of the band One Direction, alongside Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik, which were formed by Simon Cowell on ITV talent show, The X Factor in 2010.
After having huge success with the band, Liam Payne went on to launch a solo career, releasing the album LP1, which included singles, Polaroid and Strip That Down featuring Quavo.
