Running from December 5 to January 7, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory: The Musical which is based on Dahl's book of the same name and film which starred the late Gene Wilder, will also feature memorable tracks from that 1971 showing, including The Candy Man and Pure Imagination.
Multi award winning composers of Hairspray and Mary Poppins Returns Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman will be in charge of the music for this play.
The play will also see factory owner Willy Wonka played by Gareth Snook, Violet Beauregarde played by Marisha Morgan, Kazmin Borrer star as Veruca Salt, while Teddy Hinde will play Mike Teevee.
The young actors starring as Charlie Bucket include, Kayleen Nguema, Noah Walton, Isaac Sugden, and Amelia Minto.
