The show is titled LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland, and will "pit 10 of Ireland's leading comedy stars against each other", premiering to Prime Video next year. It will also see Cork native Norton returning to his native Ireland, with the show filming in Dublin.
Reacting to this news, the presenter stated that he was delighted "to be working on home ground for the first time in many, many years".
"I'm so proud of our comedy culture and it's wonderful to have a platform to showcase Irish talent to a global audience", he added. "I can't wait to see what our comedy masterminds do to get the laughter going".
Prime Video also released this statement.
"Using his trademark wit, Graham Norton will oversee 10 of Ireland's most sought-after comedy stars, brought together to make each other laugh by using every comedic tool in the box ... without cracking a smile themselves".
