She held her belly in the picture with the caption "Happy and healthy. It's the best feeling. I thank @carljwoods for being part of me". Some of her friends posted congratulations messages although Katie is yet to confirm she's expecting.
Just a couple of weeks ago, her boyfriend Carl Woods was spotted outside Tesco holding a pregnancy test. Katie, who is 42, recently commented how she would like 4 more children. Her 5 kids range in age from 18 to 6 years old.
