He teamed up with WW (Weight Watchers) who made him realize that he has been going on a "diet" his whole life instead of changing his relationship with food.  James admitted to do every "diet" in the book before from shakes for morning and lunch that would help him lose 10 lbs in a month to regain 20 lbs a month later.
