The couple saw off Toby Aromolaran, Chloe Burrows, Tyler Cruickshank, Kaz Kamwi, Fay Winter and Teddy Soares to win the show.
After the result from the public vote was announced, the couple had to decide whether to stick or split the £50,000 each. Millie picked up the envelope, but decided to split it with Liam, meaning that they will received £25,000 each.
The final was hosted by Irish presenter Laura Whitmore from ITV's Mallorcan Villa as the audience watched on.
