Netflix have shared the trailer for their second season of supernatural comedy series, Wednesday, which was filmed in Ireland.
The series, follows the (mis) adventures of the teenage titular character, Wednesday Addams. portrayed by Jenna Ortega, alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Billie Piper, Steve Buscemi, Isaac Ordonez, Luis Guzmán and Luyanda Unati-Nyawo.
The new season, which was filmed at Ashford Studios in Co Wicklow last year, will also feature guest stars, Joanna Lumley, Christopher Lloyd, Joonas Suotamo, and Thandiwe Newton.
"Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega), returns to prowl the Gothic halls of Nevermore Academy, where fresh foes and woes await", Netflix said. "This season, Wednesday must navigate family, friends and old adversaries, propelling her into another year of delightfully dark and kooky mayhem".
"Armed with her signature razor-sharp wit and deadpan charm, Wednesday is also plunged into a new bone-chilling supernatural mystery", the platform added. "Creator/showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar return for the spine-tingling second season of Wedensday, alongside executive producer and director Tim Burton".

Part one of season two will premiere on Netflix on August 6, with part two arriving on September 3.
