The international streaming hit which stars Adam Brody and Kristen Bell, will be renewed for a second season, having hired Bruce Eric Kaplan and Jenni Konner to join their writing team, having previously been part of the hugely successful series, Girls.
A new season of the romantic comedy was already in the works before the release of the show's maiden series last month (September 26). Following its arrival onto the streaming service, Nobody Wants This received 26.2 million views in its first 11 days.
It had been originally scheduled for release in March 2023, but was delayed for 5 months due to the WGA strike.
Nobody Wants This explores an atheist podcast host and unconventional rabbi who meet at a party leading to a will they/won't they relationship featuring embarrassing moments and funny comments.
