The couple who have been married for 14 years, posted the same statement via their Instagram stories, alongside a photo of them in tennis gear.
"After a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down," the statement said. "In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage. We have always prioritized our privacy, and have been quietly working through this change".
"We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family's wish for privacy".
Fisher and Baron Cohen have been married since 2010, and share three children together.
News of this comes as Baron Cohen comes under scrutiny, after former co-star Rebel Wilson made several accusations against him in her upcoming memoir.
Dedicating an entire chapter to Baron Cohen, Rebel Wilson accused him of inappropriate behaviour from their time working on the 2016 spy comedy, Grimsby.
