On Day 3 of The 40 Day Challenge Health Challenge here on Ireland's Classic Hits Radio, we get to know another challenger Aimee Smart.
34 year old Aimee Smart is a mother to two children under the age of 2. She is currently on maternity leave from her job with Aer Lingus on cabin crew.
Aimee is keen for her children to grow up in a healthy eating household, where exercise is a staple part of their daily lives. She is also keen to take part in this challenge, as she speaks openly about her own health struggles, and the grief of losing his mother just weeks before her wedding.
