On day 7 of the 40 Day Challenge here on Ireland's Classic Hits Radio, we meet another challenger, Jim O'Sullivan.
Jim who is married to Deirdre O'Sullivan, another challenger, is a retired secondary school teacher from Cork, who has admitted to adopting a slightly more sedentary lifestyle in recent times.
He is keen to enjoy a more active lifestyle, with plenty of exercise, as he takes part in this challenge, which he speaks about below.
