A trailer for the upcoming from Irish director Lorcan Finnegan and starring Nicolas Cage, has been released.
This new thriller, The Surfer, has also been written by fellow Irishman, Thomas Martin, stars Gone In Sixty Seconds actor, Nicolas Cage, alongside Julian McMahon, Finn Little, Miranda Tapsell, Nicholas Cassim, and Alexander Bertrand.
"A man returns to the idyllic beach of his childhood to surf with his son but is humiliated by a group of powerful locals and drawn into a conflict that rises with the punishing heat of the summer and pushes him right to his breaking point", a synopsis has said.
Having received its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival last May, The Surfer will hit cinema screens on 9 May.
