The actor who starred in the BBC comedy Two Pints of Larger and a Packet of Crisps, joked that he might flirt with the judges Craig Revel-Horwood and Shirley Ballas to get them on his side.
"I’ve been known to flirt a little bit to get judges on my side — so I might flirt a little bit with Shirley Ballas and Craig Revel Horwood!", Mellor said in a recent interview.
Last week, Will Mellor who is partnered with Strictly professional Nancy Xu, finished in joint first place with a score of 34, receiving a standing ovation. Mellor finished in joint first place alongside Wildlife presenter and fellow contestant Hamza Yassin.
Strictly Come Dancing kicked off last week, with 15 couples battling it out to score as mant points on the dancefloor as possible. Alongside former Coronation Street actor Will Mellor, other contestants include singer Fleur East, and former footballer Tony Adams.
